Roadblock is a song written by a group of Grade 8 Aboriginal young men from the Quinte Mohawk School who want to raise awareness on the issue of missing and murdered Aboriginal women within Canada. This song is their attempt to inspire others to speak out and stand up on this issue. This song s featured on the upcoming Four Direction CD, which is a compilation of songs written by Aboriginal youth in conjunction with Darkspark - an arts education program that uses songwriting and recording to inspire youth.
